Background Info

Born in 1948 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Kelly grew up in Butler and graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1970. He worked fpr his father's automotive company until 1995, when he took over the family business. In 2010, he was elected to the US House of Representatives. He is currently up for reelection in 2020.
